Sherry Matheson is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Plant, Food, and Environmental Sciences at Dalhousie University's Faculty of Agriculture. She specializes in genetics, molecular biology, and plant sciences. Her teaching portfolio includes courses such as Genetics (GENE2000), Cell Biology (BIOA2000), Molecular Genetics (GENE3000), Plant Breeding (PLSC4000), and Plant Propagation (PLSC0200).
Her service contributions include participation in education outreach programs like Agzone, Science Fair, Atlantic 4H Conference, and IB tours. She is a member of the ARPC Committee and manages the Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory at the Agricultural Campus in Truro, Nova Scotia.
