Dr. Sheila Rabillard is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at the University of Victoria. Her research focuses on modern and contemporary drama, women's writing, and intersections of literature with ecological studies. She holds a BA from Queen's University, a BEd from Western University, an MA from Queen's, and a PhD from Princeton University.
Her scholarly contributions include analyses of Sam Shepard's plays that challenge modernist narratives, and examinations of postcolonial power dynamics in theatrical events.
