Shayla Blake

Shayla Blake is an instructor at Louisiana Tech University, where she teaches songwriting, flute, and piano. She studied at Stetson University and Texas Tech University, and has won awards in piano and flute competitions. She is also a composer and arranger, with her works published by Lorenz, Shawnee Press, Hal Leonard, and others. She is a volunteer Regional Coordinator for the Nashville Songwriters Association International and a member of the Music Teachers National Association and ASCAP.
