Shaun Williams is a Senior Lecturer in the Department for Health at the University of Bath since 2009. He specializes in coach education, collaborative learning, and the intersection of technology with high-performance sports. His research explores coach developer practice, the societal role of coaches, and the implications of data-driven technologies in elite sports contexts. Williams holds a doctorate from the University of Bath and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Authority (SFHEA) and an accredited RFU Mentor. He also serves as Lead Coach for the University’s rugby team.
