Dr. Shana Leslie Redd Sleep is an Assistant Professor of Marketing & Entrepreneurship at the University of Nebraska-Omaha (UNO) College of Business Administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing Strategy from Michigan State University (2021), alongside an MBA (2011) and BA (2007) from the same institution. Her research and teaching focus on marketing strategy, brand management, new product/service innovation, and the impact of digital technologies on marketing agility. Professional experience includes roles in CPG consulting, new product development, and brand management with companies like Domino Foods, Kraft Foods, and Whirlpool Corporation.
