Beth Hunsicker Parker

Beth Hunsicker Parker is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Colorado State University’s College of Business and an accomplished marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), education, and technology sectors. She currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at Quinn Snacks and Founder & President of DotMap Marketing Partners, a consultancy focused on brand-to-demand strategies.

Her expertise spans marketing strategy, brand transformation, consumer insights, and business planning. At Colorado State University, she teaches BUS 656: Marketing Strategy and Planning in the MBA program, integrating real-world experiences from her roles at Otter Products, Emeritus, and Nestlé Purina PetCare.

Beth is recognized for aligning stakeholders, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering creative solutions. She serves on the Advisory Board for Arch Pet Food and volunteers with Junior Achievement and Traut Elementary’s Curriculum Committee. Her scientific award includes induction into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
