Dr. Shana Hormann is a Teaching Professor at Antioch University’s Graduate School of Leadership and Change, with over 30 years of experience as an organizational consultant and academic. She holds a PhD from Antioch University (2007), an MSW from the University of Washington (1978), and a BA in Sociology from the University of Washington (1972).
