Dee Giffin Flaherty

Dee Giffin Flaherty, PhD, is a Researcher at Antioch University's Graduate School of Leadership & Change, where she focuses on leadership development and organizational change. She also operates her own consultancy, Dee Giffin Flaherty and Associates, specializing in executive coaching, career counseling, psychotherapy, and communication strategies.

• Education: PhD in Leadership and Change in the Professions (2006), Antioch University; post-doctorate (2006-2008); MS in Professional Leadership–Training and Development (1996); MSW (1978) from Carlow College; BA in Sociology and Secondary Education (1973) from Wittenberg University.
