Kim Nolan serves as the Graduate Programs Director and Lecturer at the Grossman School of Business, University of Vermont. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Boston University. Her career spans over 30 years, focusing on fostering equitable work environments, JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) initiatives, and leadership development. She is an ordained Buddhist chaplain and a lifelong advocate for human rights, serving on the Vermont Commission on Women.

Research & Practice: Kim integrates contemplative science, leadership development, and systems thinking to drive organizational and personal transformation. Her work emphasizes cultural transformation, ethical leadership, and creating inclusive environments. She founded the Dignity Foundation and The Institute of Contemplative Studies, and previously led programs at Lesley University, Burlington College, and the Mind and Life Institute.
