Shahzad Khalid

Shahzad Khalid is an Assistant Professor at the Law Department of Superior University, where he contributes to legal academia, research, and policy development. Concurrently, he is a PhD researcher in Law at Brunel University London, specializing in constitutional law, human rights, and international humanitarian law (IHL), with a focus on the Right to Fair Trial.

His research interests span Constitutional & Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law (IHL), Education Law & Policy, Legal Systems in South Asia, and Law & Governance. He has authored the book Legal System of Pakistan and published multiple articles on constitutional rights and legal reforms.
