Sally Alexandra Longworth is a Senior Lecturer in Public International Law at the Faculty of Law, Stockholm University, where she teaches International Humanitarian Law, British Legal System, and an Advanced Course on International Criminal Law. Previously, she held a similar position at the Swedish Defence University and contributed to military legal training. She is a Senior Fellow at the Stockholm Center for International Law and Justice (SCILJ) and the Swedish branch of the International Law Association.

Research Interests focus on intersections between International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Criminal Law, particularly regarding Freedom of Expression in Armed Conflict, Gender and Armed Conflict, and Legal Frameworks for Military Operations. Her work includes the Commentary on the Law of the International Criminal Court and PhD project on Digital Communication in Conflict Zones.
