Seçkin Köstem is an Associate Professor of International Relations at Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. His research focuses on International Political Economy, with specialties in economic statecraft, development finance, and regional dynamics in Turkey, Russia, and the post-Soviet space. He currently serves as co-editor of the Review of International Political Economy (2023–26) and chairs the IPE Section of the International Studies Association (2025–26). His work bridges theoretical contributions and empirical analyses of global and regional power dynamics.
