Seth E Tichenor

Seth E Tichenor, PhD, CCC-SLP, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology at Duquesne University. He previously served as a post-doctoral researcher at Michigan State University's Developmental Speech Laboratory under Dr. Bridget Walsh. He maintains clinical practice and collaborates with stuttering support organizations.

His research investigates stuttering mechanisms, individual differences in stuttering experiences, development of adverse impacts from communication disorders, and clinical interventions. He co-leads the Pittsburgh Stuttering Collaboration, facilitating therapy access and community support.
