Serhiy Kandul

Serhiy Kandul is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Digital Society Initiative (DSI) at the University of Zurich since October 2020. Previously, he worked at the Institute of Economic Research of the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and completed his PhD at the Max Planck Institute of Economics (IMPRS Uncertainty Graduate School) and the Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Germany, in 2015.

His research focuses on behavioral and experimental economics, pro-social and moral behavior, and experimental ethics. He also investigates people's perceptions of algorithmic decision-making and artificial intelligence.
