Claudia Schubert

Claudia Schubert is a Full Professor at the University of Hamburg, Faculty of Law, holding the Chair for Civil Law, Labor Law, Corporate Law, and Comparative Law since May 2014. Her academic journey includes professorships at Freie Universität Berlin (2011-2014) and Ruhr-Universität Bochum (2013-2014), with habilitation and doctorate from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel and Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, respectively.
