Senka Rebac

Senka Rebac is a Teacher-Researcher within the Authentic Leadership lectorship at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. She coordinates projects focused on student-teacher partnerships through the Students as Partners (SaP) initiative, developing methodologies to enhance collaborative curriculum design and educational evaluation.

Her work includes creating tools like the SaP radar to facilitate dialogue between students and educators about educational improvements. She co-leads the Urban Tourism Lab connecting Amsterdam and Rotterdam, integrating real-world challenges into academic programs. Current projects emphasize participatory approaches to institutional change and stakeholder engagement frameworks.

Rebac contributes to academic events like the Mini Conference on Students as Partners, advocating for equitable educational co-creation processes across Dutch higher education institutions.
