Senia Kalfa

Dr. Senia Kalfa is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Macquarie University, affiliated with the Centre for Workforce Futures. Her research focuses on workplace well-being, employee health, and organizational management, with a particular emphasis on issues such as corporate social responsibility, mental health accommodation, and the impact of societal crises like the pandemic on HR practices.
