Dr. Semin Töner Şen is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Yeditepe University, specializing in Public Law. She holds a PhD (2009) and MA (2003) in Public Law from Marmara University, with research focusing on international legal frameworks for genocide, ethnic cleansing, migration, and sovereignty.
