Selahaddin Gök is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at Adıyaman University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences. His research examines Republican-era Turkish history, particularly settlement policies, sociopolitical structures, and regional development patterns.
He holds a PhD from Dokuz Eylül University (2005) focusing on settlement policies in Eastern Anatolia during the single-party period, an MSc from Celal Bayar University (1996), and a BA from Anadolu University (1993). His work analyzes historical records to reconstruct administrative, social, and economic conditions in 20th-century Turkey.
