Seigyoung Auh is a Professor of Global Marketing at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University, and a research faculty member at the Center for Service Leadership. He holds a Ph.D. and MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a BBA from Yonsei University, South Korea.

His research focuses on AI-human interface in marketing, digital transformation's impact on customer behavior and sales management, and improving employee-customer interactions. Key areas include analytics readiness, customer participation, and sales force dynamics.
Dr. Auh has authored over 100 peer-reviewed articles in top journals like Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, and Management Science. He serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of Service Research and holds editorial roles in multiple journals. His work has been featured in Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review.
He teaches in Thunderbird’s MAGAM, MGM, and EMGM programs and has advised global firms like Samsung and Hyundai. Previously, he co-directed the CEO franchise program in Korea and worked as a marketing scientist before academia.
