See Jee Jian

Associate Professor See Jee Jian is an academic and clinician affiliated with the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He holds the roles of Assistant Dean, Admissions & Overseas Electives, and Principal Lead (Anaesthesia). He is also a Senior Consultant in Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care, and Pain Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), serving on its Credentials and Accreditation Committee. His professional accolades include the TTSH Staff Excellence Award (Gold) in 2023.

Dr. See received his MBBS from the National University of Singapore (1995) and completed his Anaesthesiology training in 2001. He pursued a fellowship in Neuroanaesthesia at the Toronto Western Hospital, University of Toronto (2004–2005). His academic contributions include leading anaesthesia curriculum development for LKCMedicine students and overseeing undergraduate admissions strategies. Clinically, he focuses on neuroanaesthesia and critical care.

He actively participates in postgraduate training, serving on the Master of Medicine (Anaesthesiology) Exams Committee and Residency Advisory Committee for Anaesthesiology. He also contributes internationally as an external faculty for the Neuroanaesthesia and Critical Care Program at the University of Padjadjaran, Indonesia.

His research and professional interests span neuroanaesthesia, medical education innovation, and the strategic development of anaesthesiology training programs. He remains engaged in advancing clinical practice through committee work and interdisciplinary collaboration.
