Faith Chia Li-Ann

Dr. Faith Chia Li-Ann is an Adjunct Associate Professor and Vice-Dean, Education at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is a Senior Consultant in Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). With a medical degree from NUS (2002) and MRCP (UK) qualification (2005), she completed advanced rheumatology training and a fellowship in musculoskeletal ultrasound at Glasgow Royal Infirmary (UK). Her clinical expertise spans Rheumatology and Allergy, complemented by leadership roles such as Vice-President of the College of Physicians and President-Elect of the College of Clinician Educators.

Dr. Chia’s research focuses on rheumatoid arthritis, lupus nephritis, and healthcare professional well-being. She has led initiatives to address burnout among junior doctors, serving on Singapore’s Ministry of Health and National Healthcare Group committees. As an educator, she has won multiple teaching awards and oversees pre-professional education at TTSH. She also serves as Designated Institutional Official for NHG Residency and contributed to institutional review board governance (2016–2024).
