Sean Fath is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Cornell's ILR School. His research examines managerial decision making, bias reduction in social evaluations, and perceptions of organizational hierarchy. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from Duke University.
Fath's work explores how organizational structures influence perceptions of fairness and privilege, with practical applications in diversity training and hiring practices. His research has been published in leading journals including Psychological Science and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
