Scott Wilkie is a Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. He serves as co-director of the Professional LL.M. in Tax Law program at Osgoode and is an Executive Fellow at the School of Public Policy, University of Calgary. His academic career spans teaching roles at institutions including University of Toronto Faculty of Law, McGill University Faculty of Law, University of Paris I Sorbonne, McMaster University Graduate School of Economics, University of Western Ontario, and New York University Law School.
Scott specializes in tax law and policy, with a focus on international taxation and trade policy. He has contributed extensively to the field through monographs, co-authored texts, co-edited books, peer-reviewed articles, and publications in tax journals.
His significant contributions have earned him multiple accolades, including:
