Scott Tindal

Dr Scott Tindal is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources & Organisational Behaviour at the University of Greenwich, School of Business, Operations and Strategy. He leads the BA (Hons) Business Management programme and teaches Negotiations, Business Research Methods, and Public Sector Management modules.

• Research focuses on organisational change, sociology of work, and public sector dynamics
• Current projects examine retail sector work practices during and after the pandemic
• Part of the Centre for Research on Employment & Work (CREW)
• Previously held Research Fellow roles at the University of Edinburgh (Future Reserves Research Programme) and University of St Andrews (Centre for Population Change)

His research intersects with constitutional changes, labour market dynamics, and military-civilian work-family intersections, supported by grants from the British Academy/Leverhulme and Trade Union Congress (TUC).
