Scott Ligon is an Associate Professor in the Foundation Department at the Cleveland Institute of Art, where he serves as the coordinator for the digital foundation curriculum. He holds an MFA from the Hoffberger School of Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art and is a recognized digital artist, filmmaker, and author.
His primary research and creative interests lie in digital art, experimental animation, and multimedia storytelling. He is dedicated to art education and digital pedagogy, helping both novice and traditional artists transition into digital media creation.
