Scott Hawkins is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He teaches Consumer Behaviour and Branding courses at both the MBA and undergraduate levels. His research focuses on consumer behavior and advertising effectiveness, particularly how consumers use heuristics to navigate complex information.
