Mr Satyajit Bhattacharya serves as an Honorary Reader and Honorary staff member, specializing in surgical oncology with a focus on pancreatic and liver cancers. Dr. Bhattacharya's research spans Surgical Oncology, Cancer Cell Biology, and Immunology, investigating tumour-stroma interactions in pancreatic carcinoma, inflammatory responses to surgery, and Lipiodol localization in hepatocellular carcinomas. He pioneers telemedicine applications through the VOCAL study, examining virtual consultation efficacy in acute healthcare settings.
