Thomas Millner

Dr Thomas Millner is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Genomics and Child Health, Blizard Institute, affiliated with Queen Mary University of London. He is also an Honorary Consultant in Molecular Neuropathology at The Royal London Hospital (Barts Health NHS Trust) and The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (UCLH NHS Trust).

• Research Focus: Epigenetic dysregulation in brain tumours, with an emphasis on human tissue-based techniques to study tumour initiation, progression, and treatment responses.

His work explores the impact of radiotherapy on the brain tumour micro-environment, epigenetic regulation in gliomas, and spatial-omics/image analysis applications in human tissue samples. Trends in his publications highlight integrative approaches combining molecular oncology, computational methods, and translational medicine.
