Sarit Erez

Sarit Erez is a Visiting Professor at Technische Universität Berlin's Institute of Technology and Management, affiliated with the Strategic Leadership and Sustainability Management department since October 2024. She holds a PhD in Management from Tel Aviv University (Israel), alongside an LL.B. (Law) and MBA. Previously, she worked as a lawyer specializing in IP litigation at a Tel Aviv law firm from 1995–2018, advancing to partner in 2001.

Her research focuses on strategic intellectual property management, particularly addressing invention withholding by employees in commercial organizations. This bridges her legal expertise with organizational behavior studies.
