Patrick Wege

Dr. Patrick Wege is a Lecturer at the Technical University of Berlin since 2013, affiliated with the Department of Civil and Commercial Law within Faculty VII - Economics and Management. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering (TU Berlin) and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Humboldt University. His research focuses on patent law, technology transfer, and intellectual property management, with interdisciplinary expertise in competition law and digital liability frameworks.

He has collaborated with institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law, presenting on patent claim construction and platform operator liabilities.
