Dr. Sardana Islam Khan is a Lecturer and researcher in the School of Management at RMIT University, specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM) and organizational behavior. She coordinates HRM and management courses and has published extensively in top-tier journals like Personnel Review and Sustainability. In addition, she served as Deputy Executive Director of the East West University Center for Research and Training, leading a World Bank-funded Higher Education Quality Enhancement Program (HEQEP) sub-project from 2014-2016. Her roles include supervising PhD and Research Masters students to completion, examining PhD theses, and serving as a reviewer for high-ranking academic journals.
Research Interests: Her work focuses on high performance work systems, sustainable HR practices, international HRM, staffing challenges in aged care and vocational education sectors, and HR analytics. She also explores diversity, decent work, and alternative work arrangements.
