Sarah Wade is an Associate Professor in Museum Studies at the School of History and Art History, University of East Anglia. She holds a PhD from University College London and has extensive experience in curatorial practice, museum studies, and ecological research. Her work bridges contemporary art, environmental concerns, and museum ethics.

Research Interests: Sarah examines human-animal relations in art and exhibitions, focusing on ecological crises and wildlife conservation. She co-founded the 'Curating the Sea' project, leading to exhibitions like 'Sea Inside' and publications such as the 2023 book Oceans. Her work engages with climate narratives, decolonizing museum practices, and oceanic curatorial strategies.
