Sarah Pickup is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Sunderland's School of Psychology. She graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Sunderland in 2010 and completed her PhD there in 2017. As a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, her work bridges organizational psychology, workplace health, and wellbeing.
