Sarah Orlofske

Sarah Orlofske is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She earned her Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a B.S. in Biology and Wildlife Ecology from UW-Stevens Point.

Her research focuses on conservation biology, parasite ecology, and evolutionary dynamics, particularly in host-parasite systems. She has published work on non-linear transmission dynamics in ecological systems.

Notable awards include the UW-Stevens Point Excellence in Teaching, Scholarship, and Service University Award (2023) and the Ecological Society of America Education Scholar (2017).
