Sarah Grace

Dr. Sarah Grace is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Arizona. With over two decades of teaching experience, she focuses on creating inclusive educational environments and advancing equity-focused pedagogical strategies.

Her research explores emotional labor in academia and the impact of generative AI on education. Key projects include analyzing female faculty experiences in higher education and developing participatory action research frameworks that support marginalized students.
