Sarah Godfrey is an Associate Professor at the University of East Anglia's School of Media, Language and Communication Studies. Her research focuses on feminist approaches to film and television, particularly intersectional analyses of gender, race, sexuality, and class in Anglo-American media cultures. She completed her PhD on 1990s British cinema masculinities and authored the monograph *Masculinity in British Cinema: 1990-2010* (2022). Key roles include Course Director for BA Film/TV Studies and MA Film Studies since 2018, co-founder of Norwich Queer International Film Festival, and trustee of Norwich Pride.
