Dr. Sarah Fletcher is a Principal Research Fellow at Cranfield University's School of Engineering, leading the Industrial Psychology and Human Factors (IPHF) group within the Centre for Advanced Systems. She specializes in human-system interactions, particularly in manufacturing and robotics, with over 24 years of experience. Her work focuses on enhancing safety and efficiency in human-robot collaboration, combining traditional ergonomics with advanced physiological measurement tools. She actively contributes to international standards like BS 8611 for ethical robotics.
