Sarah Elvins is a Professor and Associate Department Head in the Department of History at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Arts. Based at 353 University College in Winnipeg, she teaches courses including HIST 2230 (History of the United States from 1607) and HIST 3110 (American Food Histories).
