Dr. Sarah Clancy is an Associate Professor at McMaster University, affiliated with the Department of Health, Aging and Society and the Social Psychology Program. She is an award-winning educator recognized for her innovative courses and mentorship.

Sarah's research explores intersections between health and social deviance, with a focus on children's identity formation, media's role in crime perception, and health disparities in incarcerated populations. She also investigates historical aging narratives and pedagogy for student research skill-building.
Her recent publications highlight student-partnered pedagogical innovations and knowledge translation strategies in public health. As a teaching-stream professor, she has developed initiatives like the ABC's Skills Workshop and student-run Social Psychology Research Conference series.
