Sarah Catlow is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation at Marjon University. She serves as Programme Leader for the BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and MSc Injury Prevention and MSK Rehabilitation programs. Her work focuses on curriculum innovation in sports therapy education, integrating evidence-based practices, and fostering professional growth through reflective learning.
- Qualifications: PhD via Publication (ongoing), MSc in Sport Injury Management and Therapy, PGCE in HE and FE, BSc (Hons) in Applied Physiology.

Her research explores how kinesiology tape (K-tape) applications affect athletic performance and injury recovery, with a focus on mechanical properties, pain modulation, and blood flow dynamics. Publications highlight trends in KT efficacy, multi-sport injury patterns, and curriculum design aligned with professional standards.
Sarah is actively involved in professional organizations, serving as Chairperson of the Sports Therapy Organisation (STO), Council Member of the GCMT, and Editorial Board member of the Sports Therapy Journal. She holds certifications in manual therapy, acupuncture, Rockdoc K-tape, and pitch-side first aid.
