Paul Starrs

Paul Starrs is Senior Lecturer in Health Sciences and Course Leader for Sports Therapy BSc (Hons) at London Metropolitan University. With a first-class BSc in Sports Therapy from UCLan, he completed an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at UCL and gained clinical experience in NHS musculoskeletal outpatient departments.

Research focuses on sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, particularly ACL injuries, shoulder pathologies, and hamstring rehabilitation. Clinical background includes rugby union and multidisciplinary sports injury management. Publications examine biomechanical adaptations in athletes and rehabilitation efficacy.
