Vicki Evans is a Lecturer in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation at Plymouth Marjon University, affiliated with the School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation. She joined the institution in 2015 and contributes to the BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy, BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation and Conditioning, and the MSc Sport Rehabilitation programs. Her professional roles include serving as a Physical Performance Coach and Sport Rehabilitator for the FA High Performance Centre at Marjon.

Her research interests include exploring the effects of the menstrual cycle on athletic performance, developing performance profiling techniques for youth athletes, and advancing movement screening methodologies. Notable projects include the Senior Golfers Movement Assessment (SGMA) and its reliability, as well as the application of fundamental movement training for children’s physiological performance.
Professional memberships include being a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and a member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT).
In her teaching roles, she supervises dissertations and placements, and her professional experience includes roles as an Exercise Therapist for the Fire Fighters Charity, a research assistant, and work with various athletic programs like TASS and Middlesbrough Women's Football Academy.
She is affiliated with the FA High Performance Centre at Plymouth Marjon, contributing to physical performance coaching and sport rehabilitation initiatives.
