Dr. Sarah Bowers is a Clinical Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews' School of Medicine, funded by the Wellcome Trust's Multimorbidity Doctoral Training Programme. She holds dual roles as a Palliative Medicine and General Internal Medicine Registrar in NHS Tayside. Her research focuses on advanced multimorbidity in terminal patients, emphasizing healthcare interactions and patient experiences in the last year of life. Additional interests include widening medical school access, inclusive palliative care, and supporting palliative medicine trainees' research engagement.
