Sara Barbieri is an Associate Professor at the University of Milan, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, specializing in special zootechnics. She lectures in undergraduate and graduate programs in Animal Production Sciences and Technologies, the single-cycle Veterinary Medicine program, and contributes to Specialization Schools in Applied Ethology, Animal Welfare, Laboratory Animal Science and Medicine, and Swine Pathology.
