Luisa Zaniboni serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Milan, teaching Poultry Farming and Poultry Breeding within the Animal Production Sciences and Technologies program. She coordinates the internship committee for three degree programs and leads the Zooculture Department at the Experimental Zootechnical Teaching Center.
Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree and PhD in Animal Production Sciences, earned through graduation from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Milan.
Research focuses on Animal Science with specialized expertise in Poultry Systems, Genetic Breeding Techniques, Welfare Assessment, and Zootechnical Management. Her work integrates practical poultry production methodologies with scientific approaches to animal husbandry across livestock and companion species.
As Coordinator of the Zooculture Department, she oversees experimental teaching activities and research infrastructure dedicated to animal production systems at the university's teaching center.
