Sanjeev Anand

Sanjeev Anand is a Professor in the Department of Dairy and Food Science at South Dakota State University (SDSU), specializing in food microbiology and safety. He holds a Ph.D. in Dairy Microbiology from the National Dairy Research Institute (India) and has over four decades of academic and industry experience. His research focuses on microbial quality control, biofilm management in dairy processing, probiotic encapsulation, and pathogen detection.
