Michael J Miller

Michael J Miller serves as Professor in both the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition and Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Illinois, with additional affiliation at the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology's Personalized Nutrition Initiative. His research bridges food microbiology, nutritional science, and gut health through interdisciplinary collaboration.
