Dr. Sandra Winheller is a researcher and project leader at the University of Zurich (UZH) within the ULF project "Gender and Diversity in Studies and Teaching" (since 2023). She is also a member of the management board at the Network 4.0 of Music Colleges (since 2025). Her work focuses on gender socialization in education, diversity competence, and digital learning frameworks.
