Simon Luger is a post-doctoral researcher and senior teaching/research assistant at the Chair of Special Education with a focus on Inclusion and Instruction Research at the University of Zurich (Institute of Educational Science). His work centers on interdisciplinary pedagogical competencies in inclusive education, teacher collaboration, and quantitative research methods.

Key Projects: Principal collaborator in the SNSF-funded KOLIBRI project (2018-2023), which investigated teacher competencies in inclusion. Co-author of the SUGUS project reports analyzing classroom disruption.
Publications: His 2024 paper explores teacher collaboration's role in fostering student relationships. His 2023 dissertation examines interdisciplinary teacher skills in inclusive environments. Earlier SUGUS project reports (2016-2018) focus on classroom disruption analysis.
Teaching: Lecturer for courses on inclusive education, scientific work, and development & learning at UZH since 2019. Guest lecturer on teaching quality at PH Zurich (2017-2018).
